To further enhance the design process and provide a tangible sense of the final product, AXSIM leverages advanced 3D modelling. We are able to create highly realistic physical prototypes that allow customers to get hands on with the product and visualize every detail of their custom simulator, from the chassis design to the placement of controls. This technology not only aids in design review but also helps to identify and resolve potential issues early in the process. Another key feature of this stage of the process is the ability to apply the exact paint onto the model, so clients can see and feel precisely the finish of the final product.
Furthermore, AXSIM incorporates augmented reality (AR), which can project the digital 3D model into the customer’s physical space. Using a tablet or mobile device, a client can see a virtual representation of their future simulator placed in their own room, allowing them to assess its size, aesthetic fit, and spatial relationship to its surroundings.
